Each photograph is stamped in the lower right-hand corner, Joint Governmental Building, Dougherty County and the City of Albany, Georgia, Architect: H.A. MacEwen & E.V. Jones, Contractor: Davis Constructors & Engineers, and the date the photo was taken. The first photograph is dated December 5, 1966, and the last photgraph is dated December 25, 1967.
